- 2 Ripe Hass Avocados
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- sprinkle of pepper
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- Halve, depit, cube and scoop avocados into bowl
- juice lime over avocados
- mince garlic, cilantro, add to bowl
- add salt, pepper, Tabasco
- Mash, but leave slightly chunky
- Dice tomato, onion, fold into mix
- Eat.
- Grow fatter and happier.
