Guacamole…


… is good. Made some, using a combination of recipes. My recipe, after the jump…

  • 2 Ripe Hass Avocados
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • sprinkle of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  1. Halve, depit, cube and scoop avocados into bowl
  2. juice lime over avocados
  3. mince garlic, cilantro, add to bowl
  4. add salt, pepper, Tabasco
  5. Mash, but leave slightly chunky
  6. Dice tomato, onion, fold into mix
  7. Eat.
  8. Grow fatter and happier.

YAY food!
