Download the plugin.
If it’s in a zip file or something similar, unzip it.
Put it in My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins

That’s it.

I love SimCity 3000 and I have played SimCity Societies (that suck, BTW) but I have just played one time SimCity 4 ´cause computer and time problems.

After reading this post I started downloading SimCity 4, and I have one (silly) question. How do I use the plugins?
